RepJot keeps strength training simple. Find quick answers below, or contact us if something is not working as expected.

Create a template on iPhone, choose a session, and start logging sets. RepJot can also coordinate the session with a paired Apple Watch.
Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch nearby, confirm they are paired, and open RepJot on both devices before starting a session.
HealthKit permission is requested when a workout needs health features. Local workout logging remains available if you decline permission.
Common questions
Make sure both devices are nearby, unlocked when possible, and running the current version of RepJot. Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled and that the devices are still paired in the Apple Watch app. If a connection briefly drops during a workout, continue the session and allow the devices time to synchronize when the connection returns.
Review RepJot’s access in the Health app or in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. You can change access for heart rate, active energy, and workouts at any time. If permission is unavailable, RepJot can still be used for local workout logging.
Open RepJot on iPhone, go to Settings > RepJot Pro, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple may require an internet connection to verify the transaction.
Open RepJot’s Settings and use the data controls at the bottom of the screen to delete local templates and workout records. RepJot data and Apple Health workouts are managed separately; if you also want to remove a workout from Apple Health, delete it in Apple’s Health app.
Check that RepJot has permission to write workouts in Apple Health, then try again with both devices sufficiently charged and nearby. Your RepJot workout record is kept separately from the Apple Health entry, so a HealthKit write problem should not remove the local training record.
More information
RepJot is designed to work without an account. Workout templates, history, settings, and notes are stored on your devices, and RepJot does not upload HealthKit data to a RepJot server. Read the full RepJot Privacy Policy for details about local storage, HealthKit, Apple Watch communication, diagnostics, and deletion.
